Modern, feminine, elegant – those are the exciting hair highlights in the new year. You are sure to find a trend for any length, colour, texture and type of woman. One of them: Loose Breeze. The trend’s defining features: Soft, voluminous waves in a light, loose and natural style.
Inspired by hippie chic with a touch of sex appeal: That is Loose Breeze. With a side parting, loose side braid or soft waves – this hairstyle stands for freshness and a natural look! “Any woman looks beautiful with a bit of a wave and volume at the hairline,” says hair expert Armin Morbach. “Loose Breeze rejuvenates and reminds me of the typical ‘girl next door’.”
Our stylings show how variable this trend hairstyle is:
Loose Breeze with volume wave (see look above)
- Knead volumising foam (such as taft ULTRA mousse) into wet hair from the hairline to the ends.
- Blow dry the hair with a large round brush.
- Apply heat protectant and then curl the hair with a large curling iron
- Now brush out the curls.
- Form a side parting (not an exact line!) and secure the look with hairspray (such as gliss kur volumising hairspray).
Loose Breeze with centre parting and soft waves
- Knead volumising foam (such as Föhnomenal quick shape MOUSSE) into wet hair from the hairline to the ends.
- Blow dry the hair with a large round brush.
- Apply heat protectant and then curl the hair with a large curling iron starting at ear height (hold the curling iron vertically).
- Loosen with your fingers and secure the style with hairspray (such as taft INVISIBLE POWER hairspray).
Loose Breeze with XL side braid
- Distribute volumising foam in damp hair.
- Blow dry the hair with a large round brush.
- Apply heat protectant (such as got2b SCHUTZENGEL 220°C heat protectant LOTION) and then curl the hair strand by strand with a large curling iron.
- Tease the hairline with a comb and loosely comb through the hairstyle with your fingers.
- Style the hair to one side and tie it into a low ponytail on the side at the back of the neck.
- Finally, apply a hazelnut sized portion of styling cream (such as taft POWER WAX) to your palms and rub it on to shape the look!
